Talk to someone
Our Halifax concierge team is available 24/7 to apply custom account blocks or answer questions.
Warning signs
Even when a game is 100% free and uses virtual tokens with zero cash value, healthy leisure means staying in control of your schedule. Ask yourself these quick check-in questions:
- Are you staying on the browser longer than you originally planned?
- Are you putting off sleep, meals, work, or time with family to finish a quest chain?
- Does spinning feel like an obligation rather than a relaxing break?
If you answered yes to any of these, we strongly encourage activating a session break below.
Our tools
Every player has immediate access to the following time-management controls without needing to contact support:
| Control | Duration | How it works |
|---|---|---|
| Session Break Timer | 15, 30, or 60 minutes | Runs a live countdown in your browser and alerts you when it is time to step away. |
| 24-Hour Cool-Off | 24 hours | Pauses cabinet launches and promotional notifications for a full day. |
| Extended Self-Exclusion | 7 days to Permanent | Locks account sign-in immediately for the chosen duration. |
Interactive Session Break Timer
Pick a reminder interval below. When the timer finishes, we will display a gentle full-screen reminder to stretch and take a break.
Self-exclusion
To lock your account immediately for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently, open your Account Center self-exclusion panel:
Protecting minors (19+)
Loonie Play Hub is strictly intended for adults aged 19+ or older. We verify date of birth upon registration and encourage parents who share household computers or tablets to configure operating-system family profiles and browser content filters.
